Body Image, The Media, Reality and Eating diorders

What is a positive body image? Are we comfortable with our bodies? Do we compare them with how the media portrays the bodies of men and women? Does how the media portrays men and women have an impact on the development of eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and compulisve overeating?

Where did you buy your lunch today? Do coffee shops and cafes sell larger portions than in years gone by? It is cheaper to buy unprocessed foods than it is to buy junk foods, so why is there a myth that you can eat junk food is cheaper than eating healthy? Who sells and packages this myth for us to consume?
